Chibsa Guidelines

Chibsa is built for real-world meetups and local communities. We expect every participant to act with respect, honesty, and care for the safety of others.

Welcome behavior

• describe events and participation terms accurately;
• share your own photos and materials with the necessary permissions;
• ask questions, offer constructive feedback, and report risks;
• respect rejection, personal boundaries, and privacy settings;
• help new members join the community safely.

Prohibited behavior

• threats, stalking, harassment, humiliation, or discrimination;
• sexual exploitation, coercion, human trafficking, or dangerous content involving minors;
• unlawful, fraudulent, or knowingly dangerous events;
• sharing another person's address, contact details, or private information without permission;
• impersonating another person or organization;
• spam, unwanted mass invitations, or rating manipulation;
• content that infringes copyright or image rights.

Reports and blocks

Use the report or block action in the app. If the action is unavailable or the situation needs urgent attention, email headforus@gmail.com. We may request more information and take action ranging from content restriction to account suspension.

Appeals

If a user believes a moderation decision was incorrect, they may contact support and identify the account, event, and reason for disagreement. A second review does not guarantee reversal.
