Terms of Use

By using Chibsa, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

1. Account

Users must provide accurate information, protect access to their account, and never share their password. Actions performed through an account are treated as the account owner's actions until a compromise is reported.

2. Events and participation

The PartyMaker is responsible for an accurate event description, a lawful format, and any required permissions. Participants evaluate attendance conditions independently and follow venue rules. Chibsa provides digital organization tools but is not the organizer of every user-created event.

3. User content

Users retain rights to the content they create and grant Chibsa a limited right to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service. Users may upload only materials for which they have the necessary rights and consent from people shown.

4. Acceptable conduct

Threats, harassment, unlawful events, exploitation, disclosure of another person's private information, spam, fraud, dangerous instructions, and other content that violates our Community Guidelines are prohibited.

5. Moderation

Chibsa may review, hide, restrict, or remove content and accounts in response to violations, safety risks, or legal requirements. Decisions and significant administrative actions may be logged.

6. Virtual items

Air Kisses, rewards, chibi clothing, and other digital items are service features. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not prove payment for real goods or services.

7. Location and safety

Location is used to find events and calculate distance. Coordinate accuracy is not guaranteed. Users must not use Chibsa for surveillance, exposing private addresses, or threatening others.

8. Service availability

We continue to develop Chibsa and may change individual features. Technical interruptions may occur. We work to preserve data and availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in every circumstance.

9. Ending use

Users may delete their account. Chibsa may restrict or terminate access after a material or repeated violation.
