Reporting a violation
Use the report action in the app when it is available on the relevant screen. For urgent requests, email support, identify the event or user, and attach the necessary materials.
Response time
We aim to respond to regular requests within three business days. Reports involving an immediate safety risk receive priority. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
