Delete Your Account

Account deletion can be initiated directly in the Chibsa app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Open the profile settings menu.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm the action.
Important: signing out does not delete your data. You must use the Delete Account action.

What will be deleted

Profile data and related personal data are deleted, including user content that we are not required to retain by law, for safety, or to resolve a dispute. In some cases, anonymized technical records may be retained without the ability to identify the user.

If you cannot access the app

Email headforus@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. Support may request proof of account ownership. Never send your password.
